Membership in ACCA
The Alberta Community & Co-operative Association has two membership categories: Full Member and Auxiliary Member.
The Alberta Community & Co-operative Association welcomes, as Full Members, all organizations or individuals incorporated or registered to do business in Alberta on a co-operative basis or who support the objectives of ACCA. Each Full Member is a voting member and is eligible to sit on the Board of Directors. Choosing a class of membership is on a voluntary basis and you are free to choose the level of support to ACCA that best fits with your organization.
ACCA has five classes of membership:
- Annual membership dues of $500 to $5,000 one delegate
- Annual membership dues of $5,001 to $10,000 two delegates
- Annual membership dues of $10,001 to $15,000 three delegates
- Annual membership dues of $15,001 to $20,000 four delegates
- Annual membership dues of over $20,000 five delegates
Auxillary Membership Auxiliary Members are individuals and organizations who support the mission and goals of the ACCA but are not eligible for Full Membership.
Auxiliary Members do not have a vote, nor may they be members of the Board of Directors, but they may participate in all other ACCA activities.
ACCA is proud to be a full member of the Canadian Co-operative Association (CCA). Becoming a member of ACCA will also provide you a link to CCA. |
