ACCA provides training in leadership, youth programs, co-op management and governance.

Youth Programs
The ACCA youth program provides opportunities for young people to develop their leadership skills, learn about co-operatives, create lasting friendships and have fun.

Our youth programs focus on:

Our volunteers are essential to the success of this program. They provide their time and their experience so that young people can participate in youth camps and other activities.

We provide opportunities for individuals and groups to obtain appropriate skills.

Program Design and Development

We have many years of experience in program design of leadership development programs, organizational development and consultation, staff development programs and customized courses.

ACCA works with a wide range of partners to develop new programs that utilize new technologies. These include: the Cooperative Development Initiative Project; a Prairie Hub, in cooperation with Saskatchewan and Manitoba to provide advisory services to new cooperatives and to help expand existing ones; the Canadian Agriculture Adaptation Development Project; and aboriginal co-operative development.

Conference Co-ordination

Conferences achieve their goals if they are well planned and well organized. ACCA has extensive experience in providing coordination and registration for conferences such as the Community Economic Development conference, the National Agriculture Awareness conference,  the Canadian Society of Association Executives Trade Show and the Western Economic Conference.

Financial and Administrative Services

ACCA provides financial and administrative services for the following organizations:

  • Canadian Society of Association Executives
  • Agricultural Education Network
  • Goldeye Foundation.

The services we provide include newsletter coordination, membership registration, contract coordination, conference organization and fundraising.
