Proposal to Government Relations Services Sought
The ACCA is a leading provincial trade association for co-operatively owned businesses and organizations. For 60 years ACCA and its members have worked collaboratively with various levels of government to create social and economic development opportunities in Alberta communities.
ACCA stands ready to work with governments and values-driven organizations to strengthen existing co-ops and build new co-ops that improve services and leverage the collective strengths and know-how of Albertans.
ACCA seeking Qualified GR Practitioner
To move this work forward, ACCA wishes to enter a services contract with a qualified government relations practitioner to fulfill the scope of work outlined in the “Request for Proposals: GR Service” - link to document - for a period of six months on a half-time basis with a maximum contract value of $35,000, plus GST and out of pocket expenses.
It is ACCA’s intent to work with the successful proponent to build its government relations business to a point where the demand for services supports a full-time employment contract.

Issue of date of RFP - April 16, 2021
Submission Deadline - April 26, 2021, at 16:00 MDT
The anticipated date for issuing an invitation to commence contract negotiations - within one week of the submission deadline.
