Scholarships for Alberta Students
Pursuing post-secondary education can be financially challenging, but numerous Alberta-based co-operatives offer scholarships and grants to help students achieve their academic and career goals. Whether you're attending university, college, or a trade program, funding opportunities are available to ease the financial burden and support your journey.
Many of these scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement, community involvement, or specific areas of study, such as agriculture, renewable energy, business, or skilled trades. Some scholarships are also available exclusively to students who are members, or whose families are members, of a co-operative.
Applying for co-op scholarships is a great way to secure financial assistance while connecting with Alberta’s co-operative sector. These awards not only help students financially but also strengthen the relationship between young professionals and the thriving co-op movement in Alberta.
