The Alberta Community & Co-operative Association (ACCA) is led by a dedicated Board of Directors and team of professionals who are committed to strengthening Alberta’s co-op sector. Representing a diverse range of co-operatives, credit unions, agricultural associations, and community organizations, our leadership ensures ACCA remains a strong advocate and resource hub for Alberta’s co-operatives.

Corinne Remple
Executive Director
Born in the prairies, raised on the West Coast, and residing in Edmonton, Corinne bridges communities and perspectives by always seeking the "gold" in the people and moments she encounters. With deep roots in the nonprofit sector and experience as a business owner, transitioning to the co-op movement was a natural progression. Her passion for co-operatives, combined with a talent for advocacy and storytelling, has made her an enthusiastic champion of the movement. There is so much to share, and she is particularly passionate about the opportunities co-ops provide to empower people and transform economies.
Determination, creativity, and collaboration are central to Corinne's work. She focuses on opportunities to strengthen and promote the co-operative sector. This commitment shines through in her leadership and dedication to the co-operative model as a powerful tool for positive transformation.
Rebecca McKnight
Project Lead, Business Not as Usual
Rebecca is a marketing professional passionate about helping organizations connect with audiences through purposeful, results- driven strategies. She blends creativity, analytical insight, and hands- on experience in every project. At ACCA, she leads the national Business Not as Usual (BNAU) campaign, creating its brand identity, marketing strategy, and event experience, and engaging students and co-operative associations across Canada through strategy, storytelling, and collaboration.
