The UCP Leadership Race - An Overview

United Conservative Party members will choose the leader of the UCP (and next Premier) on October 6. Seven candidates are vying for the job. This leadership race became necessary when Jason Kenney resigned from the Premiership on May 18 after receiving 51.3% of the vote in a leadership review.
