2026 MLA Reception & Co-operative Awards
Nov 17 | MLA Reception & Co-op Awards
6:00–9:00 p.m. | Alberta Counsel
Connect with co-operative leaders from across Alberta and invited provincial elected officials for an evening overlooking the Alberta Legislature grounds.
Join fellow conference delegates and colleagues from across the co-operative sector to build relationships, share what’s happening in your communities, and celebrate the people who make our sector stronger.
Enjoy great food provided by Maple Leaf Roadhouse BBQ, live music by Quinn River, and a bar hosted by Milwest Distillery & Spirits. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people, and bring Alberta’s co-operative community together.
The evening will also include a special tribute to Donna Smith, honouring her life and contributions to the co-operative community. We are pleased that Donna’s daughters will join us to accept a recognition in her memory.
Presented with the support of our Principal Sponsors, UFA and Alberta Co-operative Energy (ACE).
The MLA Reception is included with your conference registration. If you’re joining us just for the evening, you can register for the reception below.
