We’re thrilled to announce that, after after a two-year absence, the Co-operative Youth Leadership Program will be going forward again in 2022!

The situation in Ukraine is becoming more and more dire. And as the conflict escalates, so does the impact on millions of people as they helplessly watch their country rapidly deteriorate and face the reality of living in a war zone. And as the situation continues to deteriorate essential goods and services – such as food, medicine, water, and electricity – are becoming scarce.

Alberta co-operatives employ over 15,000 people in every corner of our province and collectively contribute billions of dollars into the Alberta economy. The ACCA would welcome the opportunity to present the business case for collaborative investment in the sector and become a key stakeholder in future budgetary discussions.
