Request for Proposal: Bookkeeping Services

The Alberta Community & Co-operative Association (ACCA) is inviting proposals from qualified bookkeeping service providers to support our financial management and reporting.

ACCA operates within a multi-project funding environment and requires strong project-based and fund-based accounting expertise. We are seeking a service provider who not only ensures accuracy and compliance but also helps strengthen financial systems and operational efficiency.

The successful provider will support:

• Monthly financial reporting

• Payroll processing

• Funder and project-based reporting

• Accounts payable and receivable

• Audit preparation

• Continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
