Help Shape the 2026 Alberta Co-operative Conference
Planning is officially underway for the 2026 Alberta Co-operative Conference, and before we lock anything in, we want to hear from you.
Each year, this conference is shaped by the people and organizations doing the work across Alberta’s co-operative ecosystem. The conversations, challenges, and opportunities you’re experiencing right now help determine what matters most when we come together.
The 2026 Alberta Co-operative Conference builds on the momentum generated through initiatives such as Business Not as Usual, the Alberta Co-op Connection Tour, and ongoing efforts to strengthen visibility, leadership, and connection across the sector. Made possible through the Legacy Builders Program, this gathering is a chance to pause, reflect, and look ahead — together.
Your Input Matters
We’re inviting you to help shape the 2026 Alberta Co-operative Conference.
Whether you have a clear idea or something still in the works, we want to hear from you.
You might want to share:
An idea for a session or workshop
A topic you’d like to explore with peers
A speaker you think the sector needs to hear from
Interest in presenting, sponsoring, or hosting a booth
What Should We Be Talking About?
You don’t need a fully formed proposal. A few lines are perfect.
You might share:
A challenge or opportunity your co-op is navigating right now
A conversation you wish the sector was having more openly
A question you don’t yet have an answer to
A perspective you think others would benefit from hearing
Ideas can be big or small — practical or aspirational.
Please reach out by April 30, 2026. Share your thoughts by email or phone, even if they’re still taking shape.
Let’s Connect
I’m always happy to connect — whether you have a clear proposal, a question, or simply want to talk through what you’re seeing on the ground.
As someone active in Alberta’s co-operative ecosystem, your perspective is not only welcome — it’s essential. This is your conference, and your voice helps shape its direction and impact.
